CSEET Syllabus May 2022:ICSI CS Executive Entrance Test syllabus for exams to be held in May 2022. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has introduced Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) from February 3, 2020.
The CSEET will consist of an Online Computer Based Examination and Online Viva Voce. If you register for CSEET effective from 16th Dec 2021 to 15th April 2022 then you shall be examined in May 2022. Passing of CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is mandatory for all candidates to register for CS Executive Programme.
10+2 Class appeared or passed candidates are eligible for appearing in CSEET May 2022. However, few candidates are eligible for exemption from CS Executive entrance test. With the introduction of CSEET, new registration to the Foundation Programme has ceased to exist.

CSEET Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2022
There are four papers in total for CSEET 2022 examination. Each paper in CSEET Syllabus is divided into parts according to units covered within them. Candidates should go through the units carefully and make an assessment of the syllabus.
However, the first three papers in CSEET Syllabus and Exam Pattern shall be having 35 questions, and the fourth paper of current affairs with 15 questions. Out of the total 200 marks, candidates should score at least 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each paper to be declared as a pass.

CSEET Syllabus | Paper 1 (Business Communication)
Paper 1 of the CSEET Syllabus 2022 is divided into 4 units. Unit 1, i.e., Essentials of Good English of the paper is designed to test the knowledge of English grammar and vocabulary of the candidate and the other three units will test his/her understanding of various aspects of communication in business-
The Syllabus of the CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) shall comprise of four papers/subjects and the nomenclature of the papers is as under:

CSEET Syllabus | Paper 2 (Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning)
Paper 2 of the CSEET Syllabus 2022 is designed to test the basic understanding of Laws, Legal Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning skills of the candidates. The paper is divided into two parts- the first part consists of five units to test the candidates’ knowledge of the Indian Constitution, company laws, and legislation.
